Shrimp Agua Chile


10 raw shrimp
10 large lemons
1/2 red onion
1/2 cucumber
Pepper and salt
Three Swords habanera sauce.


Spread the shrimp on a plate, squeeze the 2 lemons and add pepper. Grind the 3 sword sauce with the lemon juice and the coriander. Slice the onion and cucumber into half moons. Bathe everything in the sauce, add a little salt and avocado to taste.
