2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 pinch of grain salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
6 drops of Tres Espadas habanera sauce or to taste)
Mash the avocado pulp with a fork until a smooth paste is left. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Finally add the drops of Tres Espadas habanera sauce to taste. Stir. Garnish with some parsley leaves. Serve with corn chips or black beans.
